Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for products shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the U.S.

If you live in a contiguous U.S. state and your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, the cost of a free replacement will be covered or you will be issued a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please let us know within 30 days after your estimated delivery date if your order arrived in poor condition. 

For packages lost in transit, a claim must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. The cost to ship a replacement will be covered.
